We are seeking a driven and passionate coach to join our team, working with a diverse range of groups — from recreational and beginner levels to advanced competitive gymnasts. Our ideal coach is a team player who is ready to actively contribute to the club’s life. This includes organizing and participating in internal performances, open lessons, video content creation, meetings, and other club events. Working hours: • 3-5 hours per day 5-6 days per week. • During a camp period organized by our club - 7 hours per day 6 days a week. • Travelling to competitions.

Relevant qualifications in rhythmic gymnastics coaching or sports education (preferred). Expertise in preparing gymnasts for competitions or transitioning them to competition groups based on their skill level. Availability and readyness to participate in training camps. Availability and readiness to travel to competitions. Willingness to participate in regular team meetings. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and support gymnasts at all levels. Passion for rhythmic gymnastics and a commitment to the club’s goals and values. Team-oriented mindset: Able to work collaboratively with coaches, staff, and gymnasts to create a supportive and positive training environment. Shared vision: Aligns personal goals with the club’s objectives, contributing to collective progress and success.
